HOME STAGING CONSULT
A home staging consultation is a verbal and written consultation in which the stager gives advice to the home owner and/or listing agent ( we take comprehensive notes) to get the home into market-ready condition. It may include cosmetic fixes, furniture placement, and actual staging advice. The homeowner or agent may then choose to implement all of the recommendations themselves, or do some of the work and hire the stager to do a potion of the work or to implement everything.
PRICING
1 Stager : $300 - 1-1.5 hours for a Home that is 3,000 sqft or less. An additional fee of $150 per hour will incur thereafter.
2 Stagers : $600- 1-1.5 hours for a Home that is 3,000-5,500 sqft. An additional fee of $300 per hour will incur thereafter.
Need Help implementing? You can hire our staging installation crew for $800 to help move and pack for the day! (8 hours). A consultation beforehand is required to help prepare for this day.
VACANT STAGING
A vacant staging is described as a staging in which the stager supplies all the furniture, artwork, and accessories for an unoccupied Home.
PRICING GUIDE
The following is our pricing breakdown for a standard one day vacant home staging installations. Please note luxury listings are subject to a price increase due to usage of luxury furniture and/or increased installation time due to size.

Rate for furniture rental is charged by the sqft of spaces @ $2 p/sqft. kitchen and bathroom fluffing is included and not counted in sqft.
OCCUPIED STAGING
An occupied staging is described as staging a property using primarily the homeowner’s furnishing. Stagers may bring in accessories and/or a few key pieces, such as an end table or nightstand.
PRICING
$1,800 for a Home that is 3,000 sqft or less.
$2,800 for a Home that is 3,000 - 5,500 sqft.
Includes: Fluffed/accessorized Kitchen, Up to 3 Bathrooms, Powder Room, Dining Room, Living Room, and Master Bedroom. Using the homeowners products/furniture by rearranging, reallocating or storing within home. Any bedding and/or linens will be specified to purchase as needed at homeowners expense. Claude Home Staging embellishes with rugs, art, and accessories.
*Any additional large furniture items and/or rooms needed will be priced out as needed in addition to the base fee.
